Miriam Makebba, the legendary and most well known African music performer, ("Pata Pata", 1967) will be the star performer of the Saturday evening African, Caribbean and Pacific music extravaganza at the Fortaleza Ozama of the Colonial City. Also part of the evening of folklore are merengue stars Toño Rosario, Chichí Peralta and Son Familia. The event is free for the general public.
