Casa de Bastidas, in the Colonial City, is showing an exhibition of Haitian painter Jean Claude Legagneur highlighting the beauty of Haitian woman. 32 acrylic paintings are being shown in the exhibition sponsored by American Airlines. Legagneur is one of the highest rated Haitian painters. In 1971 he migrated to the US where he studied plastic arts. He has exhibited all around the world.
