Observations for better partying

o Do not drink on an empty stomach.o Wait at least 48 hours between food binges and heavy drinking to avoid diarrhea and digestive system back up. o Chew your food, eat slowly for better digestion. o Be aware that the mixing of diverse kinds of foods, and the ingestion of the fatty foods that make up Dominican Christmas menus, can result in a digestive overload. o Wait two hours after a heavy meal before going to sleep. o After a food and drink binge, eat light meals the next day, with lots of fruits and vegetables, and drink lots of water.
