Manuel Ramon Morel Cerda, president of the Junta Central Electoral, the Dominican election board, said that on 20 February participating political parties will each receive a draft voters’ list so they can revise the list and make observations. The JCE president also said that a local newspaper has offered to publish the voters list for free.
