There’s carnival fever all over the Dominican Republic. Clubs, cafés, discos, you name it are celebrating carnival events. The Ministry of Tourism and the Cervecería Nacional Dominicana (Presidente Beer) have also joined efforts to present Carnival Millennium 2000.
