The president of the Junta Central Electoral, Manuel Ramón Morel Cerda promised that the presidential election not only will be transparent and open, but the general public will know the results very rapidly due to the new computer systems being installed. Companies working on these systems are Price, Datocentro and Codetel. He spoke at this week’s American Chamber of Commerce luncheon.
