The Ministry of Public Works announced it is accelerating construction works of 20 mega infrastructure projects primarily located in the capital and Santiago, the second largest Dominican city. The Ministry hopes to finish these by 16 August. These include: Overpass of Ortega y Gasset with Kennedy La Isabela Airport Supreme Court building Migration and Passport building Herrera Regional Hospital UASD Central Library UASD sports complex Avenida Luperon expansion Haina crossing overpass Las Americas Highway tunnel Kennedy with Maximo Gomez underpass Abraham Lincoln with Kennedy overpass Lope de Vega with Kennedy overpass Autovia del Este Avenida Estrella Sadhala, Santiago overpass Cyberpark Migration and Passport office Elila Mena Music School Remodeling of the National Archives Rehabilitation of the Juan Pablo Duarte Bridge
