The Museum of History and Geography is promoting an excursion to the National Park of Los Haitises. The excursion leaves Saturday, 17 June at 6 am. For more information, call 686-6668 or 688-6952. The park is known for its strange rock formations, caves and mangroves and is across the bay from the city of Samana.
