President Leonel Fernandez flew on Thursday, 22 June to Panama to be with his father, José Antonio Fernández Collado, who suffered two consecutive heart attacks early morning on Tuesday. The President’s father is the Dominican consul in Panama. Upon his return in the evening, President Fernández said his father is in critical but stable condition.
