Dr. Orestes Guerrero, one of former President Joaquín Balaguer’s attending physicians, said that the 93 year old politician is in perfect state of health. Recently, Balaguer was subject to a cerebral scan that sought to help find the causes for the slight dizziness of which he has complained.
