The board of directors of the Colegio Dominicano de Ingenieros, Arquitectos y Agrimensores (Codia) is taking Minister of Public Works Diandino Peña to the Supreme Court, for charges of violation of the Constitution and several items of the Penal Code. Peña is accused by the leading engineering and architectural organization of overvaluing government works and of the irregular granting of construction works contracts.
