President-elect Hipólito Mejía said he will install a mini-National Palace in Santiago, the country’s second largest city. Mejía said he has plans to spend two or three days a month in Santiago. The entire cabinet would thus meet in Santiago monthly or bimonthly, he said. He instructed his collaborators to find a seat of government in Santiago.
