Narciso Isa Conde: the case will continue

Narciso Isa Conde, who has a power of attorney from the Orlando Martinez family to pursue the case, said that it’s not over. He explained that he has deposited a complaint in the Fourth Circumscription Court against the alleged intellectual authors of the crime. The complaint mentions then Minister of the Armed Forces Ramon Emilio Jimenez, then Minister of the Armed Forces Enrique Perez y Perez, and then chief of the Police, Jose Ernesto Cruz Brea, in addition to then President Joaquin Balaguer. Isa Conde said that one of the reasons the case prospered was that it was carried out at a time the DR "was a no one’s land." That is between governments. The elections were over, and the new authorities aren’t officially in yet. He said that the present authorities wanted the credit for the case, and the new authorities wanted it over, before they reached government.
