UASD to train DR's coaches

The Rector of the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, Miguel Rosado announced that the state university’s sports complex will be ready no later than 27 February of next year. He said the construction of the complex has the support of the President of the Republic and Minister of Sports Cesar Cedeño. He said they signed an agreement whereby the state university will prepare the coaches needed for sports programs to be carried out around the country. The university offers a degree in physical education. The UASD sports complex will have Santo Domingo’s second 50-meter swimming pool, a indoor multi-sports facility, and a sports pavilion.
