José Francisco Peña Guaba says he is still at the helm of the Bloque Institutional Social Demócrata, the party he inherited from his father, the late José Francisco Peña Gómez. Peña Guaba denied an earlier press report that he had been expelled, saying the information came from politicians that are no longer members of that organization.
