Seeking to increase his gas station sales, the owner of Servicios Turbí reduced the prices of gasoline and diesel sold at his three gas stations in Santo Domingo, Santiago and La Romana. He dropped prices/per gallon RD$1 on premium and regular gasoline and RD$0.50 on diesel sales. His gas stations in Los Alcarrizos (Santo Domingo), Shell Universitaria (Santiago) and Shell Piedra Linda (La Romana) are selling premium fuel for RD$38.80 down from RD$39.80; regular fuel for RD$33.90 down from RD$34.90; and Diesel for RD$21.50 down from RD$22. In an interview in El Siglo, he says that sales are up. The Santo Domingo gas station has seen the daily average sales go up to RD$22,000 from RD$15,000.
