The Dominican-Swiss Chamber of Commerce was founded last week. Ernest Burri, a former president of Codetel who chose to retire in the DR, will be its first president. Burri in an item published by the Listín Diario explains that the Chamber seeks to increase trade and travel between the DR and Switzerland. First board members are: Consul General Peter Granf, honorary president; Andrea Stouffiel, vice president Mario Torogni, secretary Walter Rufenacht, treasurer Also, Altagracia Pffiner, Elizabeth Butti, Ramón Prieto, Gabriel Castro, Nario Luro, Michael Nicoller and Fritz Linder.
