Vehicle owners need to renew their circulation permits prior to 20 November. As of that date the Police and Metropolitan Transport Authority (AMET) agents have been instructed to confiscate vehicles. The vehicles will not be returned until the proper up to date documentation is presented. No extension will be given this year on the renovation date, due to how easy it now is to renew this permit. Motorcycle renovations start 1 December, lasting through 30 January.
