The annual convention of the French Association of travel agents (AFAT) is taking place at the Hotel LTI Sol de Plata in Bavaro, Punta Cana. 450 chains of tour operators and travel agencies are participating in the event that began 16 November and ends Sunday, 19 November. (17 November 2000)
