The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball opened yesterday its first branch abroad. The new office is located in the El Vergel neighborhood of Santo Domingo. Sandy Alderson, vice president of operations for the Office came for the opening. Rafael Oscar Pérez, who played Double A with the Pittsburgh Pirates and graduating in accounting in the US. The new office will help with the recruiting of players in Latin America.
