The Santiago-base Comandancia Cibao Central of the National Police and the National Department of Investigations (DNI) said they have dismantled a clandestine print shop where they confiscated RD$15 million, US$700,000 and thousands of Haitian gourdes, all false. Lieutenant Colonel Valentín Rosado Vicioso made the announcement. The print shop operated in a house in the Villa Carmen area of Urbanización Paraiso. Several persons have been arrested.
