El Siglo reports that German government officers will come next week to sign a formal donation agreement of US$150 million to improve rainwater drainage in Santo Domingo. The money will be used to improve the most critical points where water gathers in Santo Domingo after a heavy rain. They include Independencia Avenue, Winston Churchill Avenue, and Guajimia and Bonavides gullies.
