The Citibank Tower and Acropolis Commercial Center on Winston Churchill Avenue has made headlines in the past for its conflicts with neighbors over the installation of a large power plant. Now, construction has been stopped totally at what would be the citys tallest building. Brownsville, the owner of the building maintains a dispute with the builder Consorcio Ingo-Sercitec over contractual differences. El Caribe reports that the building consortium Ingo-Sercitec was evicted on 13 June from the construction site after it sued Brownsville for supposed contractual infractions.
