Two construction workers, 46-year old Arsenio Sanchez and 24-year old Adonis Turbi, died at the site of a 14-story building going up at Pedro Henriquez Avenue at Tiradentes when a prefabricated construction structure fell on them. A Dominican Engineering & Architects College spokesman said the construction site was violating regulations as there was no resident engineer on site nor did the building sign indicate which engineers are responsible for the construction.
