The Listin Diario reported the finding of the body of six-year old Biera Cuevas in the Amapola area of Cancino Primero marginal neighborhood. The little girl had been raped and her body showed knife wounds. She had been missing since Tuesday night when she was last seen playing with a group of children in front of her father’s grocery store during a blackout. The first-grader lived in the nearby Vietnam, Los Minas low income neighborhood. Neighbors said the crime is the most horrendous they remember in the area. The Police said 20 persons were arrested for investigation.
