Classic Elegance, a one-stop shop for getting married, recently opened up an impressive locale on 27 de Febrero Avenue in front of the 27 de Febrero Boulevard. Classic Elegance Santo Domingo is part of the worldwide expansion plans of the Taiwanese company. The company seeks to turn the would-be nightmare of organizing a wedding into a dream, by providing for all needed by the future weds in one place. The store opened doors three decades ago in Taiwan where there are 30 branches, as reported in El Siglo newspaper. The company plans to open a branch next year in Santiago de los Caballeros. Kathy Lu Lin says the store can serve eight wedding groups at a time. They have 800 wedding gowns and 800 smoking suits available for sale or rent. They also have 500 dresses for 15th year old celebrations for rent or sale. A Taiwanese photographer, David Chiang offers services at the wedding shop.
