The Fulbright Scholarship program sponsored by the US Embassy, the Presidency of the DR and the private sector is accepting candidates through 15 August 2001. To apply for the full scholarships to US universities (air fare, medical insurance, tuition, and food and board included), the candidates need to be a citizen resident in the DR, have completed undergraduate universities studies with a grade average of 3.0, have a 550/213 Toefl English studies level, a commitment to return to the DR for two years after completing graduate studies.
