The Pedro Henriquez Ureña University (UNPHU), the Santo Domingo Institute of Human Rights (IDHSD) and the Military Institute of Human Rights (IMDH) announce the first human rights university course. The 56-hour course will take place over a three-month period at the Instituto Militar de Derechos Humanos on the second floor of the Instituto Cartografico Military in the Centro de los Heroes starting Monday, 20 August.
