Two Dominican watchmen who hijacked a yacht rented to tourists were detained by the Puerto Rican authorities. Alfredo Santana Jose and Jose Cabrera Encarnacion made a living guarding the boating business of Italian Federico Damined when they had the brilliant idea of taking the boat to Puerto Rico, as reported in Hoy newspaper.
