Former President Joaquin Balaguer has announced changes in the leadership of the PRSC. He appointed Johnny Jones as political secretary; Rogelio Genao as secretary of the organization; Carlos Eligio Linares as secretary of acts; Jose Ramon Gonzalez in charge of finances and Licelot Marte de Barrios, as secretary of elections. Rafael Bello Andino and Federico Antun Batlle were named first and second vice presidents, respectively.
