Consorcio Panamericano 2003 has put construction work on the Pan American Village on hold while waiting for the Chamber of Deputies to approve the transfer of the real estate title. The builders need to clear the title in order to secure bank financing before they can continue the construction. Meanwhile construction of sports venues continues at the Mirador del Este Park and the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center.
