Exporters authorized to transact in currency

The Central Bank resolution of 27 May explains that generators of foreign exchange may sell them on the free market. Exceptions to the rule would continue to include foreign currency generated by credit card transactions, international telephone call receipts, sale of fuel to foreign ships, operations of air and maritime ships at ports and airports, and other items, which will remain cashable at the Central Bank only. The Central Bank says that the generators selling their dollars directly to importers or other users must nevertheless report the details of these transactions to the Central Bank.
