The cap was photographed on the desk of the director of Migration, Siquio Ng de la Rosa, a former administrative secretary to the Presidency, and one of the key members of the Mejia reelection campaign. While there is nothing unusual about campaign slogans on baseball caps, what is causing some raised eyebrows are the dates listed. According to the Dominican Constitution, the next President would be elected for the 2004-2008 period, not for a six-year term of office.
