The Organization of American States has requested access to the final results of the voting certificates of each of the polling stations. The OAS Electoral Observer Mission wants to perform a preliminary tally of the votes based on the electoral certificates, using a statistical sampling in order to project a nationwide result. These preliminary results would be made available to the JCE only.
