While the Weather Department expects the rains in the next two days to be light, it is maintaining its flooding alert.
Yesterday, despite the high level of humidity, rain only fell for a few minutes in the capital city. Today in Santo Domingo, the humidity and cloudiness continue, but as of noontime, no rains had fallen.
