Two feature stories on Punta Cana won awards during the 2nd Annual Worldwide Travel Writer/Photographer Awards Contest sponsored by the Caribbean Tourism Organization. CTO announced the winners today during the 27th Caribbean Tourism Conference held in Aruba.
Ron Cobb of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch won the ?Best Feature Article in a Consumer Publication? for his article: ?Punta Cana Puts it all Together.
And Theresa Schadeck-Storm won the ?Bill Baxter Canadian Travel Writer of the Year for her article: ?Beyond the Beach: Nature Thrills in Punta Cana?.
