Those heading east along the 27 de Febrero overpasses can now cross directly over Duarte Bridge. The Ministry of Public Works removed the cement blocks that impede traffic from Avenida Paris, as reported in El Caribe newspaper. A pedestrian walk of six meters was left to one side. There is a ban on trucks using the bridge.
