Judge Rosalba Garib Holguin ordered the temporary closing of Le Blanc Dance and Lounge at Plaza Andalucia. Several youths were intoxicated at the disco, including one who died trying to win RD$10,000 in a tequila drinking contest. The judge set a RD$5 million bail for the two responsible persons of the discotheque, Franklin del Rosario and Manuel Borrel Vega.
