Centro Leon, in the city of Santiago, presents an impressive compilation of art work depicting merengue in art. The exhibit is titled: Que no me quiten lo pintao, los codigos visuals del merengue.
The event opens at the Santiago cultural center on 5 April. It will take place on occasion of the hosting of the I Congress of Music, Identity and Culture in the Caribbean at the Centro Leon on 8, 9 and 10 April.
