PLD activist Felix Bautista, accused by the former government of overvaluing of the San Juan-Vallejuelo highway by RD$50 million, was released of all criminal responsibility by state prosecutors, as reported in the Listin Diario. The court based its decision on the fact that that the case against him had been made outside of the legal time framework.
