The president of the Dominican Petroleum Refinery Aristides Fernandez Zucco announced that the government of Mexico will unblock the San Jose Agreement and the DR will be able to import 18,800 barrels of petroleum a day using a US$30 million a month letter of credit.
As reported in the Listin Diario, Fernandez said that there are around US$250 million dollars in credits available to the DR under the program.
