The US government has asked Dominican authorities to seize the property of twin brothers Luis David and Jean Paul Ulloa, valued at US$14 million. The brothers were extradited yesterday to the US on drug trafficking charges. Listin Diario reports that the US accused the twins of importing and distributing cocaine which rendered US$7 million to each. After their arrest in the DR last Friday, they voluntarily accepted the extradition petition made by the US against them. The brothers are reportedly the owners of a wealthy company that builds apartment towers in exclusive areas of Santo Domingo. They are allegedly related to Bladimir Garcia and Quirino Ernesto Paulino Castillo, both being tried in the US on drug trafficking charges.
