The 19th Hotel & Restaurant Association Annual Trade Exhibition event will take place Wednesday, 31 August through Saturday, 3 September at the Dominican Fiesta Hotel and is open to the general public. The general public schedule of the exhibition is Thursday, 1 September 2005 from 3 to 10 pm, Friday, 2 September from 3 to 10 pm and Saturday, 3 September, from 10 to 6 pm.
