This would follow in a stream of complementary attractions going up in the area. Already, Dolphin Discovery Island and Manatee Park of the Moreno brothers, from Spain, operate in the region. The Meister investors originally from the Bahamas have plans to build a sister park to their Ocean World park in Cofresi, Puerto Plata and have purchased land to do so. There are also reports that Wet & Wild water parks company of the United States, is interested in building a park in the Punta Cana area.
