The Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (FUNGLODE) is launching the National Institute of Public Opinion (INOP) during a public function tomorrow at 7:00 pm in the Foundation’s auditorium. President Leonel Fernandez is expected to attend the meeting. University of Illinois in Chicago Officer of International Affairs Allan Lerner will be speaking about the importance of the new research center.
