President Leonel Fernandez returned yesterday afternoon from his 11-day tour of Europe that included stops in Spain, France and the United Kingdom. Local press focused on how the President had no comments to share with the press upon arrival. President of the Council of Business, Elena Viyella de Paliza, who traveled with the President for a larger part of the tour, described it as successful. She said that the meetings in London with businessmen should result in new business for the country.
