The United States Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) has deported 942 Dominican ex-convicts so far this year, according to statistics kept at Las Americas International Airport. Every 15 days, deportees are brought to the DR on a DC-9 plane and turned over to the Airport Security Department (CESA) and the National Drug Control Department (DNCD).
