Cesar Sanchez coercion measures

Former chief executive of the Dominican State-Owned Electricity Companies (CDEEE), Cesar Sanchez, will have to pay RD$3 million within the next five days if he is to be awarded bail. Sanchez is accused of mismanagement of RD$2.13 billion in sovereign bond funds allocated to the Santo Domingo – Santiago Electric Highway. The coercion measures were imposed by Judge Natividad Ramona Santos.
