Casa de Campo is announcing five food festivals for Altos de Chavon in the summer. These are: a Mexican Food Festival, Mexican Fiesta for 15-17 June at El Sombrero Plaza. The plan is to transform the restaurant and surrounding area into a Mexican street fair, with fun activities and live music, and a Mexican dinner buffet each night. Other activities for the weekend include a beach volleyball tournament and Quebradita dance contest.
Next a US food festival is planned for US Independence day weekend, with the food festival scheduled for 30 June to 2 July. Then a French Romance festival is set for 14 July, and an Italian Taste Festival for 10-15 August. The festival spree will close with a Dominican Festival from 16 to 20 August.
