Casa de Campo’s Teeth of the Dog golf course is the only golf course in the Caribbean to be ranked among the top 100 by Golf Magazine. In its Sept 2007 issue, Teeth of the Dog is ranked 43rd. In the previous Top 100 Courses in the World ranking, Casa de Campo had made the 41st spot. The next Golf Magazine Top 100 ranking comes out in Sept 2009.

Casa de Campo also ranked very well in the Travel & Leisure’s World’s Best Golf Reader survey. The resort, which has four golf courses, placed #1 spot for Best for Buddy Trips, #1 spot for Best Golf Course (Teeth of the Dog), #2 spot for Best Golf Resort.
And in the Summer 2007 issue of CL-Celebrated Living magazine, the luxury magazine for American Airlines premium class passengers. In the magazine, Teeth of the Dog is ranked among the top 20 International Golf Courses, and Casa de Campo placed 9th among Top 10 Caribbean hotels.
